Labrador School Board

There is still a shortage of teacher positions in some of the north coast schools.

Bruce Vey is the Director of Education for the Labrador School Board.

He says there are still some specialty posistions to be filled, because the School Board has been unable to find suitable candidates.

Guidance Councillors are needed for Hopedale, Makkovik, Postville and Rigolet.

And the board member for Nain is still vacant.

Vey says the other positions that are hard to fill are Music and Special Education teachers.
